Description
Topic: Anagram of art gallery.
Elements: Cal Talaveró opened in October 1994. Art Center and soon became a contemporary art facility of reference in the regions of Lleida. Permanent and temporary collections and a complete art fund with contemporary artists of Catalan origin passed through its rooms. In mid-2016 and for a short period of time, the gallery was transformed into Cal Talaveró Vital, a center for therapeutic treatments and yoga.

Symbolism: The owners of the gallery chose to make the anagram of the establishment in ceramics because they considered that it was what most identified them, with their move to Verdú, land of stonemasons.

Ordered: Private order.
Historical context: Cal Talaveró is located at the bottom of Carrer de La font. Its facade is structured with three floors in height. On the ground floor there are two doors surmounted by stone lintels. Cal Talaveró is one of the houses that had been linked to the Monastery of Poblet, built in the 17th century, with windows opening onto the wall. From 1994 and for more than twenty years it functioned as an art gallery. The stable and the barn functioned as art rooms.

To get there, you can take the A-2 motorway to Tàrrega and then follow the C-14 road to Verdú. You can also reach Tàrrega by train. From Tàrrega to Verdú travel must be done by taxi or on foot.
